When Teamwork Also Means Celebrating Together
Getting together with our entire sales network is one of our favorite annual traditions. It’s our way of hitting pause for a moment, reflecting on everything we’ve achieved together, and gathering momentum for what’s ahead—since this gathering marks the official start of the September campaign.
The Wedomeeting is the time to share product updates, strategies for the new season, and most importantly, to listen to one another. Because these events are also an opportunity to learn from each other, share experiences, and keep building a stronger, more connected team.
And since at Wedom we believe teamwork also deserves celebration, for the past few years the business event has been paired with fun, social activities that help us strengthen our bonds. This year, we looked inward and chose Galicia as the theme of the event.
The day before the main session kicked off with a tasting of Galician wines—setting the tone, helping us relax, and start enjoying ourselves. It was the perfect warm-up to catch up with colleagues from different regions and savor the essence of our homeland.
At night, it was time for the WedomExperience, where this year we decided to pay tribute to Galician cuisine with a dinner full of flavor, tradition, and great vibes. The highlight of the evening was, without a doubt, when the flames were lit for the queimada gallega, burning away bad vibes. Together, we chanted the traditional conxuro and its magical touch brought us all together around the fire, with laughter, photos, and a strong desire to toast to the future.
We partied well into the night—and we’re already looking forward to the next one. What a great way to kick off the season!
